Luisa Balaniuc is a big believer that “if it’s possible, we can do it”.

As the VP of Sales and Account Management and Client Services at The Functionary, she is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across the US and Latin America, delivering high-quality IT solutions and services that meet (and exceed) their needs and expectations. She has over eight years of experience in sales, account management, and business development in the tech industry, working with startups, unicorns, and established companies, such as Nexton and BairesDev.

In her day to day, she leverages sales strategy, customer relationship management, process improvement, team leadership, and communication.

Her big motivator is knowing the impact she helps cause in developer’s lives when they get an international job and for the companies when they hire top-notch talent, adding diversity and reducing costs – seeing this WIN WIN WIN makes her vibrates!
