Sr VP of IT, Global Services

With over 20 years’ experience in leadership, team management, program management, strategic planning and IT operations, I have led strategic configuration projects for major clients such as T-Mobile, Jack in the Box, Burger King, American Express and Visa, and have been recognized with several awards during my career.

I have managed global integration and deployment services enterprises for small to large organizations. In this role, my main focus was IT Operations, IT Infrastructure technical operations and team leadership. Successes included developing a “network in a box” solution for a new client, Orangetheory Fitness, which had over 500 franchise locations that implemented our solution. Another was introducing a Staging and Configuration department where we gained 15 large scale clients in the first year, which generated 12 new positions within the company and also over $10 million in revenue. Previous experience includes IT leadership with Cenergistic, HopeLab, Electronic Arts and VeriSign.

Colleagues know me as a highly motivated leader who can always be trusted to find the best solutions. The client always comes first, so instead of imposing my ideas on others, I spend time understanding the business (and the audience) and collaborate with peers to ensure the best ideas are brought forward. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
